Great location, close to city center and public transportation. Clean and comfortable rooms with excellent views. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Food was mediocre, limited options. Noise from neighboring rooms and outside was disruptive at times.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the spacious and well, equipped room, coupled with attentive room service, made for a comfortable and effortless stay. the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing in, and the beach access was convenient and well, maintained. the continental breakfast served at the bar/lounge area was tasty and energizing, and the barista, made espresso was a special touch.

The entertainment at the main pool was loud and sometimes overwhelming, but we found solace in the garden area and spa centre. the signage reminding guests not to feed the animals could have been more prominent.

We had an amazing Easter vacation at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, and the air conditioning was perfect for the warm weather. The food choices were excellent, with a wide variety of options available at the buffet and the al a carte restaurants. The beach was beautiful, with crystal clear waters and clean white sand. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a great Wi-Fi connection, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay.

That the pools were a bit too cold for swimming during our Easter trip. we found that some of the themed restaurants, like the Mexican and Asian options, were a bit disappointing in terms of the food quality.
